Installation & Configuration
This article assumes you have installed the Digitload Shopify app. Once you have installed the app, here's how to configure it to work successfully.

How to configure Digitload for Shopify
For Digitload to work, your customers must have a customer account. The first step is to make sure you have checked “Accounts are required”. Otherwise, the app will not work as it should.
To activate it:
- From your Shopify admin, atSettings -> Checkout.
- In the Customer accounts section, Check Accounts are required.
- Click Save to confirm your customer account settings.

How to upload and update file to yours products
For each product / variant, you can upload one or more files that will become accessible on your storefront for your customers when they buy them.
How it works:
- From your Shopify admin, clickApps.
- In the Installed apps section, click Digitload.
- In the Upload Products area of the app, you will find a list of your products.
- Chose the product you want added attach file. To find a product, you can use the search bar.
- For each variant of product, you have a upload area to select or drop file from your computer.
You can upload one or more files per product variant.
Once downloaded, a download button will automatically be added to the order confirmation page when purchasing this product.
The customer can often get the download for all of their purchases in the purchase area added by Digitload app in your storefront.
To delete a file, click the red button on top of it.
Warning ⚠️ File deleted here, also deleted from the purchase area of all customers who bought its product variant.
Likewise, file added here, also added in the purchase area of all customers who have purchased its product variant.

How to configure the Digitload app for a multilingual storefront?
In the administration area of your store, you can configure the text of these components according to the language (s) of your website.
- From your Shopify admin, clickApps.
- In the Installed apps section, click Digitload.
- On the horizontal menu of the app, choose Settings
- you will find a list of all the languages of your store.
- Click on the language you want to customize.
- Click Save to confirm your storefront language settings.
Configure the component text according to the language you choose.

How to change the pricing plan
You can change the pricing plan at any time with just one click. you can upgrade and downgrade your plan without having to delete the app or contact support.
- From your Shopify admin, clickApps.
- In the Installed apps section, click Digitload.
- On the horizontal menu of the app, choose Upgrade
- You will find a list of all pricing plan we provides.
- Click Subscribe to choose the price plan you need.
If you want to downgrade for a pricing plan whose limits have been exceeded, you can delete files to free up space or reduce the number of files to meet all of its requirements.
